Now that we’ve left FY 2017 behind, I’d like to share some details about our financial performance.
In 2017, we received $61,951.90 in donation revenue.
We donated $40,000.00 to A.I. duPont Hospital for Children for the expansion of their nephrotic genetic testing panel.
We spent $14,895.22 on operational expenses. The large majority of that was spent on our key revenue driving event, the BEANefit.
The money that remains will be used to fund the 2018 BEANefit.
Based on these figures, only 24% of the donation revenue received is spent on operating expenses.
